Pascere: Interior design of a atmospheric fine dining restaurant in the heart of the Brighton Lanes Conservation area.

Located in the heart of ‘Old’ Brighton and benefiting from the alfresco dining on the pedestrianised Duke-street, restaurant diners get to soak up Brighton’s unique atmosphere at Pascere.

Stickland Wright’s interior designers teamed with the owner to create this tranquil yet vibrant interior for the patrons. Using mustard, teal and brass, opening the kitchen and maximising the beautiful bay windows, Pascere has been dubbed ‘The jewel of the Lanes.’

Stickland Wright’s interior design team crafted a unique and impactful concept in response to the brief. Through thorough competitor research and brand analysis, we developed a strategic approach that delivered a distinctive and polished result.

Our SW+ service took the project through building regulations approval and to construction. We prepared a detailed tender package featuring precise construction drawings for bespoke elements, along with material and fitting specifications. To ensure flawless execution, we also provided on-site support throughout the build.
