Our specialist service SW+ adds the detail. We demonstrate compliance with regulations and support the delivery of the finished building project.
Our SW+ specialist services can be considered within the following three categories:
Technical Design
Once the general arrangement of your project has been agreed and consented, we will design the technical detail: how the various components will be arranged and connected and what materials will be used in combination. Our drawings, specifications and schedules will guide our builders, enabling them to deliver your finished project.
Compliance
Our designs must comply with various national regulations and standards: we will demonstrate how this compliance is achieved so others can approve and certify your finished project. We also offer coordination to ensure the “Golden Thread” of compliance and health and safety run through the entire design process, and across the whole design team.
Contract Administration
We can assist with the procurement of building works and support clients on the choices they make. Our architects are qualified to act as your agent, administering construction contracts on your behalf, over the duration of the build.
