Complete re-conceptualisation of a mixed use building including restaurant, duplex apartments
The concept is to transform the appearance of the building known as Tower Point through façade alterations and the construction of a new rooftop landmark restaurant, ten duplex apartments and lateral extension of the existing penthouse apartment. . The new building will be innovative in its construction and strive towards excellence in ‘fabric first’ sustainability and passive environmental design measures.
