Appraisal

Stickland Wright have the experience to advise on projects at the time of acquisition, helping you appraise the potential. We combine knowledge of operational, planning and technical considerations with design flare, invention and pragmatism. Our process will help generate a strategic brief to unlock potential, whether this is through refining a business case, maximising development yield or making most of the asset of your home.

Concepts

We listen and then engage. Our concepts put your ideas at their heart, with solutions which are both creative and possible. We generate design options which meet and sometimes challenge your brief. This is intentionally a conversation piece which teases out your priorities, leading to novel and stronger outcomes. Communication is always key, so we use a variety of presentation techniques to ensure the message is well received.

Stickland Wright have made hundreds of planning applications! We are very well versed in a planning strategy to suit local conditions and policy requirements.
